JetBrains bundles an AI assistant plugin in some of their products. Now they have trouble getting it out: „The problem with removing a bundled plugin is that it can break application signatures and cause problems with updates.“. Hey, it’s not a plugin if you can’t easily unplug it. It’s right in the name! That’s just hype driven, irresponsible product development.
