Off to six months of parental leave now. Super excited! It can’t be overstated how much a (mostly) fully paid parental leave gives me peace of mind for the coming weeks. Want to be an attractive employer for (future) parents? That’s how. I can’t think of any German company with a similar offering. I hope I’ll be able to write a bit more, especially my longer posts haven’t seen an addition in the last year.
